Pantry shopping allows registered neighbors to come to our pantry and shop for what you need. Items include pantry staples (rice, dried pasta, canned vegetables, soup, tuna and more), fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, snacks, bread, pastries and cereal. Pantry shopping is at the Carpentersville Middle School at Door 20 (around the back).
You must register and have a valid pantry ID number before you can schedule a shopping appointment. You can complete the registration form here. Appointment sign-up opens the Friday before the appointment – you can sign up for an appointment at nifb.link2feed.com. You can register for 30 minute slots of time.
Appointments are not required for Thursday night shopping, but they are strongly encouraged. Those with appointments will be given priority to shop; walk-ups will have to wait.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so on Link2Feed, where you sign-up for appointments.
